There are hundreds of regional MLS (Multiple Listing Services) throughou the country, and each is governed by their own set of rules, many of which deal with how much access and in what form that access is granted to the public. Our own regional MLS allows public access, but it is somewhat limited.

Keep in mind:

• The local board of realtors establishes rules as to how much access is granted to the public when searching the MLS. They make the rules - not us!.
• As a result, these search capabilities can seem somewhat general.
• This is a very useful tool for early stage searching and to give you a sense of values in different areas
• Never hesitate to contact us directly if we can work up a more detailed search.
